1. What if my order does not arrive?

While 99% of our deliveries arrive on time, there can be occasion of late arrival. This can be due to delay in postal service or any other issues that sometimes arises during the process of delivering a parcel. While placing an order we will notify the number of days it will take the parcel to arrive at your address. If the suggested duration exceeds, you can inform us and we will conduct an enquiry about it.

2. What will happen if my watch stops working?

If receive a watch that is not functioning, then you can return the parcel and we will replace it. But if it stops working after you have started using it, then we are not accountable.

3. What about security validation?

We employ the industry’s best security practices to avoid fraudulent incidents at its best. To ensure this we as well have a separate team. While placing order, you should receive an email from our team. In case you fail to receive it, contact our customer care executives immediately.

4. When to expect refund amount?

Generally 99% of the refund amounts are processed immediately on the day the item is returned. But sometimes due to seasonal period, the refund process might take time.

5. What if I dislike my ordered watch?

You have the right to return it to us within two weeks’ time but it has to be unworn and without any damages.

6. Will the ordered watch have batteries?

Yes, definitely it will come with batteries as it will be fitted by the manufacturer.

7. Do you collection includes fake watches?

No. All the watches in our collection are genuine, supplied to us directly by the manufacturer.

8. Do your watch have guaranteed?

All our collection comes with manufacturer’s warranty. Customer can file a warranty claim with the manufacturer if the watch stop working after the return time period.

9. Can the watch be delivered to my workplace?

Yes, that is absolutely fine. We will deliver the order to any address you suggest us to.

10. Can I pay through cheque?

No, we have stopped accepting cheques. You can pay with Credit card, Debit card through the PayPal payment system.

11. How do you pack a parcel?

For maximum protection, we use our own custom-cut cardboard boxes, which snugly fit the boxes of all watch brands which we sell, filled with air bags or polystyrene.

12. Can I write to GR8 Watches?

Yes, you are most welcome to do so. Please use the email ID or the physical address to put forward your suggestions, queries or complain. Our customer care executives will reply you as soon as possible.

13. Can I return my purchase?

Yes, you can return merchandise purchased on our website. Our return policy is 30 days, and merchandise must be returned with all original
